We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Here’s how cancellations and returns work:

🛑 Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before shipping by emailing us at support@thegiftsofcare.in.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

🔁 Returns & Replacements
You can request a return or replacement if:

• The item is unused, in original condition and packaging
• You contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• You provide a clear unboxing video without cuts
• The product is eligible for return

Steps to request a return:

1. Email your order number, reason, and video/photos to support@thegiftsofcare.in
2. Once approved, we’ll share the return address and next steps
3. After inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed in 3–5 working days

📦 Return Shipping

• Customer bears return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Please record a video of the return packing for safety and smooth processing.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products
• Items without invoice or original packaging
• Sale or customized items
